Obsah a kvalita humusu u intenzivně obhospodařovaných kambizemí
Cimová, Dagmar
The aim of bachelor thesis is to evaluate content and quality of soil organic matter in Cambisols intensively used in agriculture. Cambisols under conventional management are positively affected by compost application. Increasing of humus content and quality was found out. Amount of nitrogen also increased and C/N ratio was more favourite for soil microorganisms. Compost application improved soil quality and chemical and biological soil properties.
Závislost obsahu vybraných kovů na množství a kvalitě organické hmoty v půdě
Janovský, Jakub
The aim of the experiment was to assess the dependence of selected metals (Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Ni and Pb) for the quantity of organic matter and its quality on arable land. Soil sampling was conducted in Starý Hrozenkov and Žítková, located in the White Carpathians. Soil samples were collected during the growing season of 2012, on a monthly basis (April to October) from a depth of 0-30 cm. To determine the content of available metals by AAS, soil samples were extracted with 2M HNO3. Determination of the amounts of soil organic matter was performed by an oxidometric method (Cox), for determining the monitored fractions of soil organic matter (humic substances, humic and fulvic acids) was used the method of short fractionation. The results of analyzes of soil samples revealed that the supply of all monitored metals was in Žítková lower than in Starý Hrozenkov. Like the metal was also the quantity of each fractions of soil organic matter at the site Žítková lower than in the soil Starý Hrozenkov. In both localities were found a positive correlation between Cox and almost all the monitored elements. In soil in Žítková was found medium strong dependence metals (r = 0.4339 to 0.6675) on the content of humic substances in soil and medium dependence Zn, Cu and Fe on fulvic acids. In the Starý Hrozenkov was medium dependence Pb, Ni and Mn on humic acids and medium strong dependence Fe on fulvic acids (r = 0.4459).
Vliv aplikace kompostu na množství a kvalitu půdních humusových látek
Hlaváčová, Marcela
Bachelor thesis is focused on assessment of humic substances content and quality under compost application. Long-term field experiments were established on Haplic Chernozem (Praha). We evaluated total organic carbon content, humic substances sum, humic and fulvic acids content, ratio HA/Fa, humification degree, nutrients content and absorbance of humic substances in UV-VIS spectral range. One way ANOVA -- analysis was used for statistical assessment of received data. Positive effect of compost on humic substances content and quality and on nutrients content was confirmed.
Půdní organická hmota ve smrkových a bukových porostech
Bureš, Karel
The forest floor is one of the components of the forest ecosystem, which significantly affects the composition of the soil and thus significantly affects the productivity and stability of forest habitat. The quality and quantity of humus and humus substance (HS), viz. humic acids (HA) and fulvic acids (FA), is an important soil characteristic. The diploma thesis evaluates the quality and quantity of soil organic matter (SOM) /stock of forest floor; the content and supply of the total carbon and nitrogen, C/N ratio; the content and supply of the total carbon in humus substance (HS), humic acids (HA) and fulvic acids (FA); Q4/6 ratio and the degree of humification/ in spruce stand at an age of 35 years in second generation and beech stand at an age of 45 years in first generation after spruce stand on the field research station Rájec-Němčice of the Drahanská vrchovina Upland (49°26''31''N and 16°41'30''E) in the Czech Republic on the modal oligotrophic Cambisol of a fir-beech forest vegetation zone at an a altitude of 600--660 m at sites of autochthonous mixed forests. Results obtained showed that the higher accumulation of forest floor was determined under the spruce stand than under beech stand. The HA/FA ratio is higher in the spruce stand as against the beech stand where young fulvic acids. The ratio Q4/6 is more favourable in the F layer under spruce stand, in the layer H is more favourable in beech stand and in the Ah horizon is the ratio Q4/6 similar. Degree of humification SH I and II is similar in both stands, appears to be more favourable in the stand of beech. Results obtained prove the suitability of beech distribution to the present sites of extensive spruce monocultures of Central and Eastern Europe in order to return to original mixed stands.
Optické vlastnosti vlastnosti humusových látek z vybraných půdních typů
Hladká, Jiřina
Bachelor thesis is aimed at evaluation of chemical and optical parameters of soil humic substances. Object of study was Luvic Chernozem, Haplic Luvisol and Haplic Cambisol. Basic soil properties were determined by standart methods. Fractional composition of humic substances was determineted by short fractionation method. Optical properties were determined using UV-VIS spectrophotometr Varian Carry 50 Probe, with optical fibre, and scan rate 1200 nm/min. We have found out that optical parameters correlated with humification degree.
Biologická charakteristika půdního typu černozem
Krajčíková, Martina
In bachelor thesis we evaluated biological parameters of selected subtypes of Chernozems. Object of study were -- Haplic Chernozem (Unčovice), Haplic Chernozem (Praha-Ruzyně) and Calcaric Chernozem (Velešovice). We determined total organic carbon content, humic substances content, microbial biomass and soil basal respiration. Further we evaluated the influence of tillage system and compost application onto selected parameters. Obtained results showed that compost application effected soil biological parameters.
Absorbance humusových látek černozemí v ultrafialové a viditelné oblasti spektra
Brychtová, Martina
Abstract In bachelor thesis we aimed at evaluation of humic substances quality using visible and ultraviolet spectroscopy. Object of our study were ten subtypes of Chernozems. UV-VIS spectra were recorded within the range 200 nm to 700 nm. Absorbance indexes were calculated at: 253/203, 253/230, 250/365, 253/410, 465/665 a 255/465 nm. Results showed differences in absorbance indexes values between chernozem subtypes. Lower absorbance was characteristic Arenic Chernozemkých and higher for Phaeoic Chernozem. One of most important was the absorbance index at 465/665 nm.
